Retro Recipe: Celery Boats
Prep Time: 10 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 Farm Pride eggs (soft/hard boiled & peeled)
1/4 cup of plain non fat Greek Yoghurt
2 Stalks of Celery
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Method
Wash and cut celery sticks.
Soft/hard boil Farm Pride eggs.
Peel and chop eggs.
Combine with yoghurt, parsley and mustard.
Mix and add into celery boats.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika to serve.
